    Had quite comfortable stay in this incredible hotel, the staff were fast, location was favourable to all the tourist sites including the castle. Bread and pastries served for breakfast were lovely❤

    The cost of additional services is extreme. Internet was USD $40 a day, USD $20 to clean a shirt and they tried to up sell a fair bit - made me feel like I was on a low cost airline! It is close to the train station, but a bit of a walk to tourist attractions.

    Wonderful and absolutely fabulous hotel, we enjoyed this place.

    Nothing too much trouble, it was dope! Booked it for 3 days and had an excellent experience. The service was amazing throughout our stay. Could use ironing free of charge, that's nice.

    The staff in the executive lounge were most helpful...ad the location was great for our first visit to Prague.

    The management attitude is very poor when it comes to assuring my satisfaction with the maatresses in the hotel...like sleeping on the floor. and I have a billing problem. They did not honor the rate you gave me of 217 euros per night.,

    Very nice hotel in the city center, close to all main sights. Quiet room, friendly staff. They also have very good restaurant, definitely recommend! Really glad we have chosen this hotel!

    Great Location but Lacking in Comfort

    The hotel offers an excellent location close to attractions, but my room let me down. The AC struggled, and finding the mini bar empty was a hassle. I did appreciate the friendly staff members at the front desk who were eager to help.
